These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Ignis Studio and its clients for the creation of websites, digital design services and related services.
Ignis Studio provides services in the field of:
The specific scope of services is set out in the respective offer or contract.
Offers from Ignis Studio are non-binding. A contract is concluded once an offer is confirmed in writing or electronically.
The client undertakes to review the completed work within 7 days of delivery. If no feedback is received, the project is deemed accepted.
The client provides all content required for the project (texts, images, logos, etc.) in good time.
Delays due to missing content are not attributable to Ignis Studio.
Remuneration is based on the individually agreed offer.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 14 days of invoicing without deduction.
Ignis Studio reserves the right to require a deposit of up to 50% before the start of larger projects.
Upon full payment, the client receives the usage rights to the created designs and websites within the agreed scope.
Ignis Studio is only liable for damages based on intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
The place of jurisdiction is – insofar as legally permissible – the registered office of Ignis Studio.
